Repair It or Replace It?
A mower that will not start, runs rough, loses power, dies hot, clicks when you turn the key, or has an electrical problem does not automatically need to be replaced. In many cases, one specific failure can make an otherwise solid mower seem worn out.
Before spending thousands of dollars on another machine, compare the actual repair needed with the current replacement cost, the condition of the deck and frame, the health of the transmission or hydro system, and the availability of parts.
We put together a practical North Port guide to help homeowners decide when lawn mower repair still makes financial sense and when replacement may be the smarter choice.
